Provincial companies, agencies and branches across Iran and abroad.
To leverage provincial capacities, the company may establish provincial engineering, construction and trading companies with each provincial Engineering Organization. The company holds at least 15 percent and the provincial organization holds at most 94 percent of such companies.
Branches and agencies may be established in all provinces, centred on each provincial Engineering Organization, and offices in free zones, special economic zones and abroad.
